About the event
America is at a crossroads in 2026.
As a result of decades of "trickle down" economics, Income inequality has reached insane proportions (10% of the population hold 66% of the net worth of America, while the bottom half of the US hold only 4%). Something IS trickling down--its just ain't money.
On top of that we are facing a major affordability crisis in all areas of daily life. Healthcare costs, for instance, are out of control, with no clear way to fix the problems.
And, as if that isn't enough, America is becoming perilously close to going into a disastrous and catastrophic debt cycle that neither political party is taking very seriously at all.
Our political system is not adequately addressing these major challenges. Something needs to change.
