We need an independent Congress
Thank you for visiting this site. The buttons at the top of the screen will give you access to the different areas of this site.
I've lived in Montana for nearly 25 years. I've been engaged in the practice of general civil litigation in state and federal courts all across Montana for nearly 15 years. I consider myself to be an independent-minded Montanan. I am not a politician, and am not trying to be one.
If you choose to have me serve as your representative in Congress, I will apply common sense judgement to the issues before me, with the interest of the people of Montana first in mind at all times.

The American way of life is under threat like never before
Like many of you, I have watched in disbelief as our Nation has deteriorated since January of 2025. Prices are higher, jobs are fewer, programs that help the people are being destroyed for no good reason, and government debt is ballooning. Beyond that, we are experiencing an unprecedented attack on the U.S. Constitution itself from what James Madison referred to as an "Overgrown Executive".

We have serious problems, and we need serious people who are focused on solving them. Right now, however, we have a Congress which is ineffective, unprofessional, and hyper partisan. Both sides are to blame. It needs to stop for the good of the Nation.
I am deeply concerned that America is headed down a dark path; but it is still not too late to change course. I have been actively campaigning now for several months. I have been employing my energies and skills as a civil trial attorney, handling difficult problems for people from all walks of life and backgrounds, to meet with voters and work on developing common sense solutions for the challenges we face. The top problems as I see them at present are as follows: the economy (which includes tariffs), the national debt, healthcare, and immigration.
I believe our best days lie before us, but only if we get serious and come together as a Nation. It is time to turn the page on national rage. If we fail to do so, I fear greatly what will become of us.
